I’m currently accepting new clients for personal training in San Francisco. Whether you're training at home or in a private gym, we’ll start with a movement assessment to establish your baseline. From there, I’ll design a custom fitness program tailored to your goals, experience level, and training environment.

Assessment & Movement Screen

$100 / 60 minutes

This session is all about getting to know you—your workout history, past injuries, current routine, and goals. We'll discuss where you’re at and how I can help you as your trainer. From there, we’ll go through a movement screen to assess your mobility, joint restrictions, muscular imbalances/compensations, and stability. This gives us a clear picture of your baseline and helps us create a plan that sets you up for success.

Coaching at Home

$200 / 60 minutes

I bring the training to you, whether you have a full home gym or just the basics. We’ll go through your personalized program together, ensuring proper form, progression, and accountability. This is perfect for those who prefer to train at home with minimal equipment or who want a structured plan tailored to their space. If you ever decide to train at a gym, I can also design a program that fits that environment.

Coaching at Gym

$250 / 60 minutes

For those who want access to a full gym setup, I offer training sessions at multiple locations. With equipment like squat racks, a wider range of weights, benches, and cable machines, we can expand your training options and progress your strength more effectively. Just like my home coaching, you’ll have a structured program, hands-on guidance, and a plan tailored to your goals—just with more tools at our disposal.
