Hi, I’m Dennis Torres — a coach dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger, and train smarter.
My background as a lifelong athlete shapes how I coach today: with intention, curiosity, and a deep respect for the power of movement.
My coaching blends strength training, powerlifting, and athletic performance with a strong focus on mobility, injury prevention, and functional movement. I also specialize in basketball training, weight loss, and pre/postnatal fitness — always tailoring programs to meet your unique goals and needs.
Before coaching, I spent years working in the tech industry. But I realized my true passion was helping people move with more confidence and strength — which led me to a career in fitness.
My training philosophy is simple: “Movement is medicine.” I believe high-quality movement has the power to restore, heal, and elevate your overall well-being. Every session is intentional, purposeful, and built to help you train smart — not just hard — so you can feel better in your body and progress safely over time.
I’m certified through NASM (with a specialty in Corrective Exercise), and hold credentials in Precision Nutrition (PN1-NC) and Pre/Postnatal Coaching (ACE). Whether you're aiming to build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or level up your performance, I’m here to guide you with structure, support, and sustainable results.
